All new customers are invited to our shop in Kamloops, BC for a complete training session. This is usually done before we ship out your machine so you can learn and practice on your own table. If travelling is impractical, we offer complete phone and internet training to get you started once you receive your machine.

Also, our associates at MTC Software provide all new customers with 2-hours of profiling and nesting training over the phone.
