FastCut CNC provides unlimited support to all of our customers through a variety of options. All of our new customers are invited to our shop in Kamloops, BC for a complete training session. This is usually done before we ship out your machine so you can learn and practice on your own table. If travelling is impractical, we offer complete phone and internet training to get you started once you receive your machine. We can also come to you for on-site training and support. Simply connect your CNC plasma cutting system to the Internet and we can answer your questions, diagnose problems, and even run the machine from our head office. Having a phone located in a shop may not always work, and a cordless phone may not work with your current office phone system - utilizing the Internet, communications between the machine operator and support personnel are simple and cost effective.
