Cutmaster Series
Introducing the next generation of Automated CUTMASTER Systems from Thermal Dynamics®. Based on the same proven platform as the TRUE Series, the CUTMASTER A-Series offers standard features to meet the needs of many automated applications.
PowerMax Series
The Powermax line of single-gas (air or nitrogen) mechanized systems delivers high productivity, low operating cost, superior cut quality and Hypertherm’s unsurpassed reliability. Powermax products are frequently used on X-Y cutting tables, 3-dimensional robots, track cutting systems, and pipe cutting and beveling machines.
Ultra-Cut Series
Ultra-Cut® High Precision Plasma systems deliver high precision cutting performance on carbon steel AND on non-ferrous materials. For precision mild steel cut performance, select O2 plasma with Air shield. For precision aluminum or stainless steel, select N2 plasma with Water shield to achieve best in class cut performance. Ultra-Cut® systems can also be used for clean, efficient plasma marking without changing consumable parts.
Auto-Cut O2 Series
Auto-Cut® O2 Oxygen Plasma systems deliver high speed oxygen cutting of mild steel with exceptional cutting performance. Auto-Cut® O2 systems also offer unmatched cut quality for non-ferrous materials using the unique Water Mist Secondary process. Auto-Cut® O2 are available in 200 and 300 amp models to cover the entire plasma cutting range, from gauge metal to 40 mm (1 ½”) plate.
Auto-Cut Series
The Thermal Dynamics® Auto-Cut™ Series delivers premium cut performance on both mild steel and non-ferrous materials. The power supply is designed for reliable, low cost operation. Features like the XT™-301 consumable parts cartridge and the Machine Status Message Center make the Auto-Cut Series easy to operate.
